PSYCHED takes an evidence based approach to creating workshops, materials and webinars that encourage mental health promotion in the workplace.

To assist workplaces who are thinking of introducing PSYCHED practices to their workplaces we have produced a Psyched policy document to provides background on the PSYCHED initiative and an overview of some of the supports and approaches that than be applied.

We have also produced a checklist to help you take a look at what you are doing now, identify any gaps or areas that need improvement and consider practices you might like to introduce.
