 an inter-agency  workplace mental health promotion partnership.  Working at inter-agency level, Aoife has more than twenty years\u2019 experience of public health advocacy as well as the crucial skills to interpret and implement national health promotion policy priorities using evidence based approaches to improve the health and wellbeing of the population.  <br><br>Aoife has excellent practical health promotion skills including; co-ordination; research; group facilitation; presentation; resource development and budget management. He has accumulated over 20 years experience of working in mental health services.<br><br> His clinical interests are in working with individuals who struggle to regulate emotions and engage in high risk self harm behaviours and considering the impact of these behaviours on families and systems. PsSI.<\/b>\n<br>\n<br>\nColeen is a Chartered Clinical Psychologist with the Psychological Society of Ireland and Senior Clinical Psychologist for Staff Support &amp; Wellbeing, Ireland South Women &amp; Infants Directorate. She is an Accredited Schema Therapist and has specialist training in Mindfulness, EMDR and Compassion Focused Therapy.<br><br>\nColeen has worked in the HSE for 25+ years across a range of services including Primary Care Psychology, Child &amp; Adolescent Mental Health, Adult Mental Health and Maternity Services where she is currently positioned. She also contributes to the Doctoral Programme in Clinical Psychology at the School of Applied Psychology, University College Cork (UCC) with course development, lecturing, facilitating Personal Awareness Groups for Psychologists in Clinical Training, and as a research partner and supervisor.<br><br>\nColeen enjoys offering both individual and group interventions.  She is particularly interested in mental health promotion and prevention and making psychological knowledge accessible to all.  Her clinical interests include Trauma, Women\u2019s Health, Personal &amp; Professional Growth, Team Work and Workplace Mental Health &amp; Wellbeing.  She feels strongly about the power of supervision and reflective practice in healthcare settings.  Coleen coordinates the Trauma Risk Management (TRiM) Service in Ireland South Women &amp; Infants Directorate. Mick started on the ground and in 2008 made the decision to return to education and complete the Diploma in Health &amp; Safety with UCC and from there set up MW Health &amp; Safety. As an innate advocate for Mental Health, Mick brought his caring and empathetic nature to each new venture throughout his career and in 2019 committed to UCC\u2019s MSc in Occupational Health.<span style=\"font-style: normal;white-space: normal;font-family: Montserrat;font-size: 14px\"><br><br>His thesis \u201cMental Health in the Construction Workforce\u201d aimed to address the need for mental health intervention within this industry. In 2021 Mick took it a step further and went back onto the sites to spread the message. Relationships in Practice is one of Ireland\u2019s leading providers of relationship-centered communication training.&nbsp;&nbsp;Fern and the team work to support and build relationships in practice and they aspire to an Ireland where all frontline workers are well placed to respond in a sensitive and focused manner when someone \u2018turns to\u2019 them for support. The broad scope of their work in Relationships in Practice encompasses; Training, Advocacy, Collaboration and Evaluation. Relationships in Practice is a new collaboration between the Ag Eisteacht Foundation and the Social and Health Education Project (SHEP). Relationships in Practice was formerly known as \u2018Ag Eisteacht\u2019. Ag Eisteacht was originally founded in 2001 with a focus towards building relational capacity in frontline workers.&nbsp;<\/p><span style=\"font-style: normal;white-space: normal;font-family: Montserrat;font-size: 14px\"><br>Fern is also an experienced trainer\/facilitator, a registered health promotion practitioner,, professional youth worker and a Youth Mental Health First Aid associate instructor. She is also a part-time lecturer at University College Cork in programmes including the BSocSc (Youth &amp; Community Work), UCC ACE diploma in youth and community work and contributes content to undergraduate and postgraduate modules. She holds a Master\u2019s Degree in Public Health and is currently undertaking doctoral research surrounding youth mental health policy and online media. Other work relating to mental health included coordinating Ability West Cork, a programme working with young people living with mental health difficulties.
